New Delhi, July 26, 2006: SpiceJet today announced opening of their "Red Hot Special” August-06 – September-06 Monsoon fares of Rs. 999 for 50000 promotional seats. These fares will be available on most of the SpiceJet network spanning across 49 daily flights covering 12 cities.
The Red Hot Special Fares will be available for booking with effect from Thursday, 27 July, 2006 at 8:00 am onwards and will be sold through SpiceJet’s website.

Flew Air Deccan from Bangalore - Delhi - Bangalore last week. Its great service for the price, and i love the no frills experience.

I have been watching the indian airline industry and it looks like its going to take off in a HUGE way. I believe the last paris airshow was completely hijacked by carriers from india, and was literally a india show. In this blog, i will jot down my take on what is happening, and where this is going.
